My great uncle James Rice CASSIDY was a actor/comedian who travelled around Britain for over twenty years with his theatre company. He died in London in 1927 his address is given as 11, Abbott Street, St. Pancras. His widow was Lillian Clare Cassidy neé CHEETHAM from Huddersfield, also an actress. It says on his death certificate that he died at 4, Kings Road. Does anyone know anything about this area of London? Where there any theatres near by? Would there be anyone out there who is researching theatrical ancestors or who may even have a family connection to this man.
