I am looking for ancestors of my father, Joe Frank Pelham, born to Joseph Maxwell PELHAM and Essie Delilah JENKINS (Pelham). He married Judy Ann Jones of Deatsville, AL.
I know nothing more about his father, who went by "Mac", other than he resided in Montgomery for at least the last 20 years of his life, if not his whole life. He died around 1970, give or take a couple of years, and is buried in Montgomery.
His wife, Essie's, relatives, the Jenkins were from the Robinson Springs area of Elmore County, AL, near Millbrook, and the only brothers or sisters I can remember names of are Burl F. Jenkins, who had 2 sons, Delayne (sp?) and Darrell, and Clarence "Buzz" Jenkins who had 2 sons also, Craig and Terry.
This is all the information I have on this branch of the Pelham tree and will appreciate any help at all.
