I am researching the TWEED family of the Bethnal Green area of London. My mother Clara Letitia Elizabeth Tweed was born there 5 November, 1914. She was the daughter of William and Sarah Tweed neé JEFFERIES. She was sent to the USA to live with her aunt Annie Tweed when she was 7 years old in 1922. Any information regarding the "Tweed" family would be most appreciated.
