My father was born in either 1916/1917. His name was Charles Henry Frederick MARKS. He had a sister Maude and was brought up by his grandfather whose name was Weber. All I know is that he was born somewhere in the east end of London—within the sound of Bow Bells? His father died in his 40's and his mother remarried.
