I am researching my BAILEY ancestors. My G/G/G/G/Grandfather a William Bailey was a Hackney Coachman at the Angel, Islington from 1776 to 1781. He had two Coaches and horses which he kept in a Yard in the area. Prior to this he resided in Clerkenwell from 1771 to 1776. He was baptisted on 24th September
1748 at South Cerney, Gloucestershire. I believe that he eventually moved to Scotland.
