My Grandad William VERDI was a singing teacher, opera singer, vocalist and lived in Connaught Mansion, Battersea in 1902 and possibly earlier. He may have originally come from Ireland and be called Green? Help I have hit a brick wall as can't find the family on any census. Wife called Kate Constance Verdi nee BOWDEN. Children Santa Lorenza 1896, and Frank 1902 and later Nora 1907. Please any lead would be great. I've traced Kate Constance but nothing of William.
