I'm researching the names of Alexander POLLARD and Emma NEWMAN possibly from the Whitechapel area about 1837 who then may have moved to Romford where their daughter Florence Dixon POLLARD was born and then moving on to Barking in Essex. Florence then married my g.grandfather Henry William PERRY in Grimsby in Lincolnshire. Henry's mother was also a POLLARD - Jemima b. 1827 her father being James POLLARD b.1791.
I'm trying to find out the link between the families - who were involved in the fishing trade.
