Researching Jeffries/Jefferies family who, so far, seem to come from Hackney, Bethnal Green and shoreditch, east London. My grandmother, Harriet, was one of 21 children born to Frederick and Caroline (née Heath) Jeffries/Jefferies, in 1889.
