I am researching the name RAWSTORN, esp Samuel RAWSTORN, described as a London Merchant, who became the Lord of the Manor of Lexden. He died there in Feb 1720, but his body was returned to London to be buried in the family vault in St Lawrence Jewry.
Also interested to find out any info on Rawstorn Street, listed in Leighs London Street Index of 1819.
