Johann Peter MEYER a cabinet Maker. Born 1849, Hanover, Germany, settled in Mile End by 1871. The Meyer family had jobs as Sugar Boilers till they found their feet.
Johann married 3rd March, 1872, in Aldgate, a true east End Girl born on the commercial Road, Sarah Elizabeth WARD.
