I am researching this name. Samuel CARVER married Sarah SEALES in 1799 at St. Saviour Southwark. Is he the same Samuel who was baptised in 1781 at Chistchurch Spitalfields, son of Thomas and Mary?
And although it seems unlikely, could this Thomas and Mary be the Thomas Carver and Mary Fletcher who married in 1752 in Stapenhill, Derbyshire, (Fletcher becomes a second name in the Carver family from the birth of Samuel's son John Fletcher Carver).
