Researching families of William E. SCOTT and Mary Ann PRATTEN. Family immigrated to Ontario circa 1850-55. One son, Edward Benjamin Scott, remained in London, living at 1, Caversham, Kentish Town. He was a policeman with the Metropolitan Police, serving in Woolwich. He was married at St Anns, Soho, in 1851, to Mary Barker. It appears they may have had twin daughters Eliza and Emma, as well as Mary Ann, another daughter and a son Edward William. I need proof that this is the family that is connected to mine and sure would like to find descendants.
