Thomas KING: I visited the grave of his wife Elizabeth (d.1786) in West Witton, NRY, where it states that Thomas was 'of St-Martin[s]-Le Grand'. The 1794 London Directory
shows one Thos KING, cheesemonger, at No. 4 St Martins-Le-Grand and KING's at No 5, grocers & tea merchants. Very satisfactory. Did Thomas marry
again? And did he have a son, Samuel, born 'in London' July 1799, married in Leicester in October 1824, whose first child was named Thomas?
Where did Thomas die and where was he buried? He was likely to be a Methodist.
