Thomas Williams sen, wife. Charlotte Sophia Banfield, Thomas Williams jun. Watchmaker, Charlotte Elizabeth, Charles John, B. Rochester came to Australia in 1864. Charlotte married William James Neville a watchmaker and had one daughter Emily Charlotte Mary Neville, who never married, but remained in contact with the Williams family.
Thomas Williams jun. m. Elizabeth Martin 1847, sons Alfred, Arthur, John all either clockmaker or jeweller, daughter Elizabeth who married James Thompson a french polisher and lived and died at Sidcup in 1949.
